Boil potatoes and corn together.
Mash the potatoes well and add the rest of the ingredients except oil.
Knead well to bind the dough. If the dough becomes dry, knead with moist fingers.
Make 5 small balls from the dough and flatten them.
Coat with the batter of flour and water.
Then wrap with bread crumbs.
Heat a pan with oil and deep fry the cutlet until golden.
Serve corn bite with tomato and chilli sauce.
